If we hadn't had Roscoe in the first half of the Season I don't think our prospects would have been looking too rosy at the minute - nor will they for next season unless we add one or two strikers to the squad to cover for injuries and to play off Paul Mullin next season. Playing Ian Craney or Shaun Whalley as a striker is not the answer. We need add to the squad a couple of central defenders with good positional sense
and pace as well.
The end of this season can wait a bit - we need to finish this season on a high note to help ticket sales and boost confidence - particularly at home for next season and to maintain Coley's record of year on year improvement. We cannot rely next season on doing as well away as we did in the Roscoe era - survival in this league makes decent home form imperative.
