Have you tried substituting dairy for soya ?
it can help towards normalising oestrogens and hormone levels which may in turn help with your pcos
i tried soya for a couple of months because eventhough i am not menopausal my hormones are all over the place and i found after a couple of weeks it helped - no more hot flushes
i was so bad i could walk to work in winter in just a t-shirt and not be cold
might be worth a go -have a look on net plenty of info - although there is some new stuff about soya adversly affecting fertility - but i suppose it is individual and would depend which end of the hormone scale you lie at so to speak
