The "Oooh, but they work so hard" brigade and the "They're worth every penny" squad will always ensure that royal indulgeance and extravagance continues at our expense. Yes I'd love to see Princess Anne on a bicycle and Prince Edward loading his double buggy on to a bus but, while this family is held in such undeserved reverence and awe, it ain't going to happen.
