How do you know this business person is not struggling to make ends meet....maybe just a thousand quid from going under? You don't! No I would not keep money found in such a situation, for the reasons I have outlined.

Totally agree with you Margaret, but even so my conscience wouldn't let me keep it, I any cases like this I always try to put myself in the other guys possition and think how I'd feel
