I normally just leave it in my purse and get rid of it like granny c. I have an old whisky bottle which came from Rising Bridge working mens club ... that tells you how old it is... and i'll throw bits and pieces in there. When that gets about half way full i'll stick it in bags and take it to the credit union and stick it in my account there.

My sister is best though. She has a tin and her and her then hubby used to throw their coppers and 5ps in there. When we used to have a family party we always ended up playing cards and the tin would come out ...... She still has the tin and now when we play cards the tin gets divvied up between us all and we play with that.
