I totally agree.....even with the promised compensation for people who have lost out. unless the 10% rate is restored....the flat rate remains at 20% and can (and no doubt will be used) at the drop of a hat when the mood suits these clowns.
It would not surprise me if compensation is paid out as a result of a means test?
