did you call just teh once?

when I worked at a call centre the advisors had a Average Handling time that they had to hit of 180 seconds per call. If they had a long call I know a few unscrupulous ones would say stuff like that to the next couple of customers as the calls would be <10 seconds and bring their average down. Of course they got rollocked if they were caught but the chance of the TL listening to that 2 or 3 calls a day out of the hundreds that they took was a risk worth taking in their eyes particularly as their bonuses were at stake.....
