Me too. I think McCain resolved the S & L issue a long time ago. One thing I will give him credit for is that when a problem arises he doesn't try to obfuscate. Just gets all the details out there right away. It's the best approach. His biggest problem at the moment is the base of his own party. They don't trust him. He's done the tango one too many times with libs like Teddy Kennedy. Mr. Johnny has a lot of work to do in the months ahead.

Ron Paul ran for president once before on the Libertarian ticket. I voted for him that year. On domestic issues, he's fine. But given the current threats to our national security, I find him rather weak.
