I'm 40 miles away from Accrington and we've had warm sunshine here today, just one sharp shower about 1 o clock. I was in the garden for about 5 hours, digging out dandelions and doing a lot of tidying in the "rubbish corner" under the apple tree (empty plant pots etc.) and I was wearing shorts and a tee shirt. Of course my lower back is now so stiff I can hardly move but at least my legs are getting some colour even if they won't work.
