Re: Rewarding parents
Parents shouldn't have to be cajoled into caring for their kids properly, especially those who aren't working and therefore, have more time to cook a decent meal, read to their kids etc.
This sounds just like nothing more than a social experiment to me. If people need to be offered money to do simple tasks like read to their kids or make a decent meal then, they are not fit to have kids IMO.
