First course ....stuffed mushrooms ( breadcrumbs, sherry, garlic ) with a white sauce and parmesan crust
Second course..... Roast Leg of lamb with rosemary, served with mint and rosemary jelly, accompanied by roast potatoes, sweet potato mash,Yorkshire puddings, honeyed julienne carrots, garden peas ,leeks in cheese sauce and gravy.
Third course.....Chocolate fudge cake and cream
Then cheese and biscuits...has to involve a ripe brie,some tasty Lancashire and a blue cambozola/gorgonzola.
