No..... the reading glasses tip is no good for me.....I have fi-bocals....and the tip about taking a mental picture is good, but my glasses seem to have a chameleon like quality in that they can camouflage themselves with ease....anyway when i had my last prescription made up I had an extra pair made so that i have a reserve pair.....in a case in the sideboard drawer.
