So if he stops he is offering... or is the passenger offering because he is offering his money which the bus driver than accepts?
There is no right answer regardless of what your bus driver friend may think is the correct answer, because if there was there would be no need for lawyers and judges to question it in court, we'd just get a computer to do it
This actual situation has never had a straight answer provided in court, which is why I thought it would be interesting to ask.
And nobody seems to care who is the next prime minister anyway, seems everyone is just complaining about the content of his poll
