Unfortunately Derek that was 18 years ago, this report was about the last 10 years under a Labour Government, the same government led by TB who said before elected that he come not see having to increase taxes. Its rather surprising that the usuall suspects have not contributed to this thread, maybe they can't defend the indefensible
