the govenment blames the refineries for the raise which is utter crap , what is to blame is the average 90% of what we pay for fuel been tax.
Thought it was 80% but even so it only leaves 20p in the pound to be shared between the attendant-owner-tanker driver -haulage firm -refiner-council -and utilities.Don't know how they do it so cheaply
