Presmably all the buses you use run on solar power. Is all the food you buy from the shops delivered by hand cart ? Fuel price increases don't just affect those who own a car.

The public transport is a good theory and it would probably suprise you how many of us motorists would love to use public transport for the daily grind of going to work, the problem is they forget to put a decent public transport system in place.
