I'm afraid if you want to have your website as
www.yoururl.com then you will have to pay. You have to purchase yoururl and then pay a yearly fee. It usually costs about 12 quid a year, so it really isn't that expensive. Once you have yoururl (domain name) you will then need hosting. Hosting is when you have some space on a server that is permanently connected to the internet that your url will point to. This also costs money, but for your usage you would probably only be looking at 20 quid a year. There are ways to have websites for free, but I am not sure on that, maybe some of our other users can help you out there....
