I'm with NTL broadband (cable). Each customer gets 55MB of free web space
All you have to do is design your WebPages using whatever software i.e. Ms FrontPage or some other. I've been using Serif Web Plus 8.0
Then upload your pages to the host (NTLworld) using Terrapin FTP.

Below are a couple of sites which lets you build for free your own web site.
I like the Angelfire. It's a bit complicated but when you start messing around with it, you soon get the hang of things.
