As most of you know mum has just spent a week in the Royal Blackburn and some of her care can be described as not the best in the world. My sister thinks we should write a letter of complaint but mum not being one to make a fuss doesn't want us to.
The way we see it if we don't complain how can they rectify the problems? Was just wondering what you would do if you were in my shoes.
