I started drinking when I was sixteen or so. Having to avoid Church and the Blackburn Road area so that my dad and his many mates didn´t catch me, I travelled to Burnley and Rising Bridge.........well, for the first few months anyway!!

I started off on half of Double Diamond with the odd tasters like brandy and babycham, gin and orange and that awful barley wine.

Now that I´m carting on a bit, I usually stick to Dorada Especial.........a nice strong bottled lager. At home I like a brandy or three before bed!
