Yes but you are on weight watchers, which is for overweight people. I'm not overweight yet, so my diet isn't that inconsistent.
Everyone knows a healthy diet isn't about cutting out things. Recommended daily allowance of fat is 70g a day for a woman. How much do you get on weight watchers? 2000 calories for a woman a day. A lot of diets go much lower than this, but if I look on my tube of smarties, the calories for a 5-10 yr old child is 1800 calories, so I'd probably be eating less calories a day than a fiver year old if I cut out all my fat, which isn't recommended by any good nutritionist, regardless of what weight watchers suggest.
Weight Watchers is a business at the end of the day, and any other dieting programme with a brand like Slimmers world for example. They want your money. Cutting out fat in one go would essentially be a crash diet, an you'd just put all the weight back on when you eat normally, and go straight back to weight watchers

I know people that have been on WW for years, I wonder why that is
