What happens to my rubbish in the meanwhile I ask - put it in black bins bags they say. Oh great, a fortnight's worth of loose bins bags in the back yard to attract all manner of vermin. Nice rat bait that. Can you imagine them outside on bin day too getting ripped open and the bin men refusing to take them?
They know darned well that wheelie bins get nicked. I know for a fact of one house where they blatantly put out their own and another one with a number painted on it which is nothing remotely like theirs and the bin men merrily empty both. Why don't they have a supply of spares for just such eventualities? It's rare they say. Oh no it flippin well isn't.

Unfortnatly Willow I don't have a wheelie bin and have to use orange sacks, which are collected every two weeks, there is just know where for us to put these bins, but I did get hem to provide an old type bin so I can keep one bag in it that week its recycling
