I agree with you panther I find politics boring
hell I should have stayed in last night missed all the fun, couldn't believe how much this thread had grown since 5pm yesterday. At the end of the day politics is one of the most emotive subjects you can discuss, politics is about oppinions and everybody has one, but at least you are allowed to air your views in this country, others arn't so lucky. politics is about today and tomorrow not yesterday, parties change, Labour had to change to become electable, the Tories have had to change, but the haven't changed their core values. Something that you must remember is that the rich and famous do not elect Tory Governments, the ordinary man in the street do that, it does not matter how much money you have you only get one vote. I respect other peoples views, and would never think that I could change there political oppionion, in fact one of my lifelong friends once stood aginst PB, but it made on difference to our friendship, in fact we had a long chat and a pint last Thursday, and never mentioned politics once, and thats the way it should be and always will be ith me
