thats because there was a medical study saying milk was beneficial for under elevens and over that age if you had brittle bones etc milk wasnt that beneficial...picking on little kids is alright then...................
thatcher the milk snatcher...your saying tories dont care about childrens welfare.what about the goverments initiative every child counts do you not agree with that?
