see your showing your ignorance now everybody knows there was poverty in the eighties.miners, long term unemployed ,people who forced out of their jobs by thatcher economics you havent got a clue.thatcher battered the working class humilated them made drastic cuts in the health service ,transport system, schools,etc .i havent seen such investment in schools etc than i have now in my life time.when we went to school you had damp, ancient desks etc nowadays you have new school buildings and top class facalities....you dont know how lucky your generation has been..would you have been able to afford to go to university in the thatcher years i dont think so..
