Read about this in the paper this morning, Rubbish bins may soon be emptied once a month - Mirror mumbled to myself, cheeky beggars, what do we pay our council tax for, what the hell will the binmen do with all their free time etc.

Thought, I would stick it on here. Whilst Googling for the article, I came across this, Council asks residents to empty their own, because they are too heavy for binmen - Mail Online …nowt like bare faced cheek is there.
