I reckon a wheelie bin filled with sand would weigh round about the 250kg mark, those lifters look fairly meaty to me, so normal rubbish shouldn’t be an issue.
It has historically been a manual labouring job, I assume it is still classed as that. If folk can’t do the job, best they clock out.
