Re: Pram Race to be scrapped
Annoyingly this overshadowed a great, trouble free event over in Oswaldtwistle which none of the papers chose to cover or report.
We had over 1,000 people in the park, happily playing frisbee, listening to brass bands and picnicking. Not a jot of trouble whatsoever.
