Thumbs up Re: Anyone going to glastonbury?

To all that are lucky enough to have a ticket - enjoy yourselves...it is a truly fantastic event...even if you don't see any bands there is so much to see and do..honestly. Many memorable times down there...and some that I don't remember...ahem..!!!

Went twice in 1999 and 2000, part of the fun was jumping the fence! Now that particular pleasure has been taken away, and although I can still afford the price the tickets are so hard to get hold of. We used to go down about 25 in number, but with the lottery that is the ticket situation it just aint possible now!

If Morissey is indeed playing then try and make sure to see him - a more professional artist you couldn't hope to see. Also, make sure you get up to the stone circle when the sun rises in the morning (doh! obviously morning eh?!)..it is a very special experience when that happens..in fact the stone circle is an experience at any time - but especially when all the main acts have finished - post 12pm!

Bazf - that must have been one of the very earliest Glastos?!?! No probs sneaking in then eh?!
