Why didn't you buy a cheap satellite finder? Saved you hours of time and could be used again if your dish blew out of position.

As for unplugging, then it kind of defeats the object of PVRs doesn't it? Of course if you have a normal Sky box then it makes sense, but for Sky+ or SkyHD it undermines their purpose.
