oooo she's loverly kate , when i lived in wales i had some friends who had a tortoise & they had drilled a hole in her shell at the back end & had fitted a long thinish chain on it so it would not get stolen (as was the thing then) the poor thing seemed quite happy with that (i thought it cruel)
