Emamum, just buy youur pork belly( one whole piece if possible), run a little oil in teh skin and sprinkle with salt, roast in a reasoanbly hot oven for 30 mins or so. Breast of lamb is another cut that people don't use much. Its full of flavour and just grilled for 20 mins is a superb supper!
