If people hate a darker skinned person then why do these same people go abroad to get a good sun tan? Could it be jealousy?

Is not a case that what is not understood through ignorence is to be seen as a threat? If so it makes our society no better than that of the eraof the crusades to the middle ages?

To Blazey's point on kids being taught racism then not chastizing them when they are racist sexist bigotted etc are they not then condoning it and therefore by default encouraging it?

Untill we reach a state where, by education on all levels, race colour religion equality etc are accepted by all then we are no different than animals. We rate ourselves as better than animals but seem to behave worse than them at times.We have a long way to go but with luck if tolerance is taught from the cradle onwards we will better ourselves.
