I bought a 5 leg swivel chair in Spain 6 months ago.

This afternoon one of the legs broke off when I sat down on it....I went flying...luckily apart from a small cut on my arm I'm ok.

Now comes the delimna.....When I complain to the company I bought it from and they ask me what happened......My Spanish is ok...but saying
"I fell arse over tit" I think I might struggle.
