Venture out of the lofty confines of the Hull University Conservative Association and talk to ordinary people on the streets, on buses, in shops, in pubs. Most people really could not care less about suspected terrorists having to spend an extra 14 days in prison. They are far more concerned about the worrying rise in the cost of living and the frightening escalation of violent crime in this country. Face it - this whole farce was A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!!
