I have put this rider on because some anon clown gave me a red and said "I would soon be running back to the UK if I needed the NHS"

Thanks Roy. I have to say that I had both cararacts done in 2003 at BRI and both my Ops were performed exactly as Roy described to the letter, pre, during and after care, including the home phone call. In all the medical side of the NHS is very good, its when things are taken out of the hands of the clinitians and targets have to be achieved where the problems start. It is hardly any wonder that that doctors and nurses get so frustrated having decisions taken out of their hands by pen pushers
