perhaps if our tory council didnt fritter every penny they screw out of us away on trivial things like deckchairs and clowns then there would be alittle bit more money in the pot to pay decent wages
if the council arnt actualy paying for the above im pretty sure theres othe rthings the council waste thousands of our money on anyway
