seems relativley simple though when these folks want to return to the car, one of the "Happy To Great YOU" brigade,goes wi em, then returns wi the vehicle, job sorted, ah mean hell there aint thousands of these people fer god sakes, don't take a rocket scientist to figure a happy ending. but if thats beyond the IQ of asda management?
