Does anyone have any idea how to trace a missing person?
My ex brother in law has just died suddenly and we need to trace an army pal of his called Vincent Scott, all we know is he would be about 45/46 and possibly from Doncaster. All the sites I have googled seem to want payment and I wondered if anyone could think of any other way.....
