was hovering over milnshaw park earlier when i was out wi oscar, also was a "Meat Wagon" parked in lay by before the Lidl on hyndburn rd, with lights flashing but no-one in it, if hadn't have had the dog wi me i would have nicked it,
when returning a car sped on hyndburn rd with siren on, also 3 cars had shot down countess st, Aleks is my main suspect.
