ON THE FIELD; Dramatic improvement on last season for the home games.Make the FES a 'House of Pain' for visiting teams.Better form should lead to larger crowds = more dosh etc..
OFF THE PITCH; Like others have said, better communication to the fans.For geographical reasons I don't really expierience it it but its clear from the many postings that a problem exists.
