If its a standard car (Ie none performance) I wouldnt worry about it.

Its really for cars that can hit high speeds.

Even saying that unless you fit your tyres yourself or buy second hand ones the garage will fit the correct tyre for your car, speed rating, ofset, profile ect.

As for invalidating insurance. No, however having none disclosed unstandard wheels could cause headaches.
