Seems that changes behind the scenes are afoot according to fishy site. Congrats to David O'Neil, whose now general manager full time with a newbie - well to me Gavin Roper who will take over the role as head of Commercial Operations.
Mmmm good news that things may improve dramactically within the clubs infrastructure from now on & will no doubt see [hopefully] reduction of complaints
