An allowance when the temp goes below zero
$15 .... my god, what a concept. I wish they would try it here. How much do you get when it goes below 20 or 30? Or, if you live in Northern Ontario, or Manitoba, Saskatchewan and Alberta, when it goes below 40!!!!!!
