Maybe it is just the bagel that shrinks and the hole stays the same size

And are we to assume that people in Accy know what a bagel is

I know that this might offend people in the Big Apple, but the best bagels are those from Montreal, esp. in the Trans Island area where there is a large Jewish population .... (can never figure out why the breakfast bagel from Rotten Ronny's comes with bacon or ham

.... sounds like a contradiction in foods to me.)
