Actually, no I dont smoke - never have, I do not drin tea or coffe and avoid painkillers whenever possible . But I do feel you have totally missed the point here,a chemical addiction is caused by an addictive substance. Nicotine is one such. In the
majority of people alcohol is not addictive other than on a psychological level.
Nicotine is addictive in the same way as say cocaine and I do feel that if people faced up to this and accepted the cigarettes are an addictive substance and their users addicts society might finally be able to ge them the help they need, but of course they must want to be helped
