looks like thats how they are going to sneak it in then ,if you have no TV but have internet they will still require you to have a licence just incase you should look at their site although the BBC have actualy pressed for a totaly seperate licence for people who have internet so you would pay a tv licence and an internet licence

i thought they made enough money from corrupt phone in competitions but i guess enough is never enough for the bbc
