If only the pen pushers were as good as the doctors and nurses, what a good health service we would have, big isn't beautiful and isn't the best, and I'm talking from experience, having been an inpatient for more times than I care to remember over the past 30 years,the only thing thats changed is the influx of none medical staff making the decisians as apposed to clinicians. By the way I haven't recieved a reply to a letter of complaint I sent to the Patient Care Manager, after my discharge fiasco, nearly 6 weeks ago, but I'm only a patient, so it doesn't matter
