Good news, just received a reply from Rob Heys:

I trust that your son has received his season ticket, though if you have had a problem with this please get in touch. The t-shirts are currently being printed and should be ready together with the welcome pack in the next week or so, and please pass on our thanks to your son for his patience.
The draws for the mascot packages for the first two home games this season were made by our community team ahead of each match, with subsequent draws to follow.
