i happen to work at HUFS and can assure you this hasnt happened while i have been there we do not take in items that we dont see fit for other people everyone has standards and ours are not that low i happen to have seen a lot of nice stuff come in the last 13 weeks chocolate leather sofas without a mark on them and they go in less than an hour for £60'

if your stuff was junk theres nothing stopping you knocking it back and being refunded but if you come in and see something you want your name is put on that item till delivery date.

by the way to the op i have a large 7foot long white sofa with marks on it im currently trying to remove with some vanish if yourinterested please take it as its taking up room, im replaceing it with a 6foot 6 fish tank
